The house is located in the heart of the center of Terneuzen. The house is a municipal monument and recently has been completely renovated, although authentic elements have been preserved. 

The house is fully equipped; free wifi, smart TV (internet TV, but also cable TV with extensive channel package), a cooking facility and associated cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, terrace in the front at the street and in the backgarden, bathroom, double boxspring bed, etc.
